I can see a whole lot of improvement in this picture. I like the coloring. The anatomy is improving greatly. And there's some kind of background rather than just color (it's not the best background, but it's something). Backgrounds are annoying though so I'll let it slide.

You're understanding the basis of female anatomy- still impatiently waiting for you to work on you males, but I'll bitch about that in a later time.

Now then- there a couple mistakes in this- nothing super insane, but it bugs me.
Her arm in the foreground begins to bend awkwardly- kind of makes it look like her arm is made of rubber.

You already know that the thumb is on the wrong side. It's good to see you point these things out yourself as well but you never seem to go and fix it. I'm not gonna say you have to fix it, though it'd be nice.

Her eyelash goes out too far too- I think you can tell which one I'm talking about.

Also, try to make her hair just a little bit messier. Her ponytail also looks like it's defying gravity- it shouldn't be the way it is. I know she's on the floor but a smaller portion of her ponytail will be shown.

I hope you continue practicing and I really hope you'll try drawing something different. You never truly improve from drawing the same things.
